Where we deliver

We ship professional skincare across the Republic of Ireland. Orders are dispatched from the clinic in Ballina, Co. Mayo.

Delivery times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery within Ireland usually arrives within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Click and collect

You are welcome to collect your order directly from the clinic, simply choose collection at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery at skinlaine@outlook.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned within 14 days.
