Cancellation Policy

Notice period

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or amend any appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Late cancellations and no-shows

• Less than 48 hours' notice: a charge of 50% of the treatment cost applies.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows: a charge of 100% of the treatment cost applies.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment we will always do our best to accommodate you, but the full appointment duration cannot be guaranteed and the full treatment cost still applies. Arriving on time allows us to deliver your treatment safely and to its full standard.

How to cancel or reschedule

Cancellations can be made via the online booking system or by emailing skinlaine@outlook.com. You can also call the clinic on 085 154 2909. Please give as much notice as possible if your plans change.
